Warranty

Keane warranties every product we sell and every service we provide. Most products and services have a 90-day warranty. Some products, such as hard drives, have a longer warranty, typically 1 year or more from the date of manufacture. All memory cards come with lifetime warranty.

A Keane limited warranty covers repair or replacement of defective hardware returned to Keane during the warranty period following issuance of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The limited warranty does not cover modified equipment, problems attributable to improper installation, user negligence or misuse, damage caused by other components, software issues, consulting services or consequential damages. No other warranties are provided, express or implied.

Payment & Shipping

Online orders may be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. In store orders may be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash. We do not accept checks, Paypal or Bitcoin.

Sales tax of 9.5% will be added to all orders delivered within the State of California.

Keane ships most packages via UPS and USPS. Shipping surcharges imposed by UPS or USPS for address corrections, rerouting of packages, refused packages and the like will be billed to customer's account.

Returns & Exchanges

All items sold by Keane are subject to our return policy. All returns must be processed through our RMA Request page. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure an RMA Request is timely submitted. All determinations regarding returns are made at Keane's discretion in accordance with our return policy.

Items may be returned to Keane following approval of a valid RMA Request submitted within 15 days of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for refund ($10 minimum). Items returned without a valid RMA will be refused delivery or charged a 30% restocking fee.

Brand new items will be accepted for return only in unopened brand new condition. No refunds will be given on custom-configured Mac systems. Items which are returned as defective but found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% bench test fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
